HTVD is a closed format. We restrict participation to startups and investors only – no third parties allowed. HTVD is focused purely on high-tech. This means startups with patend-based solutions for B2B use cases. This set-up attracts financial investors, but also corporates with appetite for innovation. This triangle of startups, VCs, and Corporates is the core of HTVD:

Less is more
The focus is on matching the right people and give room for networking. Inspiration and entertainment are not on our agenda. The on site event is all about meeting people (speeddating, evening event, morning-after breakfast). The online programme is also all about efficiency: watch pitches on demand and arrange meetings whenever convenient for you.
Quality matters
Together with our partners ENGIE and GLOBALFOUNDRIES, we have selected 40 startups to be met at HTVD.
HTVD is a programme to identify Europe´s most promising high-tech startups and give investors the chance to meet them on site and online in October.
Last Year, March to May 2020, we have directly approached 589 startups and assessed them. In the end, 189 startups remained that have applied for HTVD20.
Team is money
No matter whether on-site or on-line: there is a agile and motivated team behind HTVD. We are not an event agency, but companions for startups and investors. Our aim is to build personal relationships and stay in touch. This helps us to understand the needs of our community and proactively connect people that otherwise maybe wouldn´t have met
