To be on the safe side, we recommand bringing a negative Corona test with you in any case when travelling to Dresden. The test is only valid when conducted not earlier than 48h before entering the country, resp. checking into an Accomodation in Dresden.
- People travelling from risk-areas whithin Germany need to carry a negative test result with them (conducted not earlier than 48h before) when checking into an accomodation located in Dresden. (Update 5.10.2020)
- We advise to take a test when crossing boarders even if travelling from a non-risk area

I confirm to refrain from a visitation of #HTVD20 in case:
- I had contact with people who suffered from Covid-19 or
- suffer from acute, unspecific general symptoms and respiratory symptoms of any severity
- I have stayed in a Corona risk-area according to the RKI and cannot provide a negative test result (48h before entry or conducted in Germany upon arrival)

* Risk areas:

Anyone who enters the Federal Republic of Germany having spent time in a risk area up to 14 days before their arrival is obliged to take a PCR-test and self-isolate until negative test result is revealed. This does not apply if the person only travelled through a risk area without spending time there.
** Accepted Tests:
The test may not have been conducted more than 48 hours prior to entry. In principle, molecular biological tests (PCR tests) are currently accepted from all European Union countries, as well as from the countries mentioned here.

- Autobahn-test centers, A4 near Görlitz (in direction of Dresden Parkplatz »An der Neiße«) A17 near Bad Gottleuba (in direction of Dresden , Parkplatz »Am Heidenholz«)
- physician (within 72h after arrival)

**** Regulations for travelling to Germany
- Members from EU states are free to enter Germany if they are listed as non-risk areas
- Members from 3rd countries that are not listed as safe states by the EU are only allowed to enter for severe reasons.
- It is also possible for business travellers to enter Germany to visit trade fairs. The following documents are necessary to provide sufficient evidence that entry is absolutely necessary:
- for trade fair exhibitors: confirmation of participation from the trade fair organiser
- for trade fair visitors: a ticket for entry to the trade fair and confirmation from at least one exhibitor that the visitor has an appointment for a business meeting at the trade fair.
- Regardless of the criteria stated above, the decision on whether to permit entry is at the discretion of the officers conducting border checks.

Official Hygiene Requirements of the Federal State of Saxony
- Always keep 1,5m distance
- Wear a mouth and nose covering in closed rooms where distance cannot be maintained
- Coughing and sneezing etiquette must be observed and maintained
- Frequent hand washing and, if necessary, disinfecting is preferred over wearing disposable gloves
